- Familiar with the product and technical details of an exchange system, directly connected with users and customer service personnel, and solved the online consultation and customer complaint related to certain product/technical knowledge transmitted by customer service
- Organize product and technical personnel to deal with problems that cannot be solved directly, and become a bridge between customer service and product/technical personnel.
- Categorize and summarize online problems, accumulate knowledge base, and deal with them directly afterwards
- Coordinate and deal with online accidents, organized personnel to review online accidents, and tracked follow-up improvements
- The employee must allocate time to deal with the above work independently on weekdays, and then decide whether to recruit more personnel according to the situation, which may require shift work
- Coordinate and collaborate with development partners in Binance.
- Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, software development or related, recruitment of outstanding fresh graduates
- Strong language skills, good communication and coordination, strong customer service awareness
- Have certain code and SQL writing ability, can solve fixed online problems independently
- For smart contracts, blockchain background is preferred
